Two of the six API 610 VS4 pumps are pour point depressant pumps that are 18m in length and the other four are methanol lift pumps which are 10m lengthy.
เพรสเชอร์เกจ of the pumps have PT100 temperature sensors which have been designed and constructed alongside the size of the pumps to watch the temperature of every bearing individually.
The 18m long pumps incorporate a supporting system of brackets that Amarinth has designed which attaches each pump to its tank throughout installation guaranteeing that because the pump is lowered into the tank it remains perfectly aligned, reducing vibration and wear during operation.
Once assembled, เกจวัดแรงดัน have been independently witness tested and certified by DNV at Amarinth’s facility in Rendlesham, UK. The pumps were then disassembled into 3m segments and shipped to Singapore the place the FPSO (floating production storage and offloading unit) is being constructed.
pressure gauge 10 bar and installation needed to align with the FPSO build schedule. Because of the length of the pumps, they had to be installed into the vessel’s tanks via the deck before another deck above the pumps could probably be built. The first part was completed efficiently over the Christmas interval with Amarinth’s Engineering Commissioning team supporting the client with the installation and commissioning.
The FPSO will be positioned within the KG-DWN 98/2 subject, roughly 22 km off the east coast of Kakinada, India. The vessel is designed to supply as a lot as 90 000 barrels of oil per day (BOPD) and have a 1.3-million-barrel storage facility. It shall be outfitted to deal with the monsoon situations prevalent at the field.
