Trillium Flow Technologies is buying Termomeccanica Pompe SpA, the Italian engineered pump manufacturing firm that serves the facility, desalination, water transmission and oil and gasoline markets.
The two corporations have signed a joint settlement that may bring the Termomeccanica Pompe, Gabbioneta Pumps and Begemann manufacturers together under the Trillium umbrella in Italy.

Trillium, a portfolio firm of world non-public equity investment firm First Reserve, is the previous Weir Flow Control enterprise. The company is a world designer, manufacturer and aftermarket companies supplier of engineered valves and pumps used within the water and wastewater, world power technology, oil and gas, mining, and basic course of industries.
Trillium says that Termomeccanica Pompe’s services and products mixed with its Gabbioneta, Floway, WEMCO, WSP and Roto-Jet Pump offerings uniquely place the company to provide customers with an extensive vary of complementary pump merchandise, related engineering assist, and aftermarket services.
