Industrial Flow Solutions is buying Dreno Pompe, a designer and producer of electrical submersible pumps for wastewater applications, primarily based in Monselice in northeastern Italy.

A portfolio firm of personal equity agency May River Capital, Industrial Flow Solutions specialises in pumping and fluid management options for harsh, rugged environments. The company, which is headquartered in New Haven, Connecticut, USA, is home to BJM Pumps products, Stancor pumps and controls, OverWatch direct in-line pump methods and the Oil Minder pump and control resolution, as well as Scotland-based Clearwater Controls which it acquired last October.
Founded in 1990, Dreno Pompe designs and manufactures submersible pumps and mixers in addition to equipment required for set up.
